PTVision™ One Step Polymer HRP detection systems utilize an innovative biotin-free polymerization technology to link peroxidase to secondary antibodies, providing a fast, sensitive and super-clean visualization of mouse or rabbit primary antibodies on tissue sections. The 10ml kit is a complete visualization package for manual or open-autostainer IHC procedures, containing peroxidase blocking solution, antigen retrieval solution, HRP labeled secondary antibody, DAB chromogen and substrate buffer. Other volumes of the One Step Polymer HRP detection system only contain HRP-labeled anti-mouse and rabbit Igs secondary antibodies.
