How to order

Please choose from one of the following options to place an order:

Online Order:
  • Add items to cart

  • Fill out required information

  • Submit order

  • *Currently, we are not accepting online payment, a customer representative will contact you for your payment information.

Order by E-Mail or PO:
  • To place an order by email, please provide the following information to our sales customer service representatives at sales@pantomics.com:

  1. Contact name and phone number

  2. Shipping/Billing address

  3. Product catalog name, description, and quantity of each item

You can also download our order form and email it back to us.

Upon receipt of your email, a sales invoice will be emailed to you for confirmation.

If paying by credit card, ACH, or wire transfer, a customer service representative will contact you for more information.

Order by Phone:
  • Our sales customer service representatives are available at (415)-863-2380 Mon-Fri from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm PST.

Order by Fax:
  • To place an order by fax, simply fax your purchase order or use our order form to (510) 653-1227.

Upon receipt of your fax, a sales invoice will be emailed to you for confirmation.

If paying by credit card, ACH, or wire transfer, a customer service representative will contact you for more information.

Payment Methods

Pantomics accepts the following payment methods:

  1. Purchase Order (PO #):  Please provide a purchase order via email, phone, or fax.

  2. Credit Cards:  Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover.  Information can be provided via phone, or fax.

  3. Wire Transfer / ACH:  Please email info@pantomics.com to request our bank information.

  4. For international customers:  Pantomics only accept credit cards, wiretransfer / ACH payments.

Shipping
  • Orders are normally processed and shipped within 24-48 hours after confirmation. 

  • Orders are shipped via FedEx standard overnight.  Please notify us at info@pantomics.com if you like to use your FedEx account.

  • Shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added to the invoice.

For customers outside the USA, please check for an available distributor in your region. If there is no distributor in your region, please order directly from us at sales@pantomics.com.
