Specific RNA/DNA sequences can be localized by labeled complimentary sequences (probes) in tissue sections or cells through in situ hybridization (ISH) techniques. We provide ISH services for RNA detection with either our own probes (ribo probes), customers’ probes or commercial probes/kits (such as RNAscope kits). We also provide fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) for detection of genetic alterations in tissue sections or cells with customers’ or commercial probes.  The services include:
