PTVision One Step Polymer HRP Mouse/Rabbit Ig Detection System utilizes an innovative biotin-free polymerization technology to link peroxidase to secondary antibodies, providing a fast, sensitive and super-clean visualization of mouse or rabbit primary antibodies on tissue sections or cell smears. The 10ml kit comes with all the components (from antigen retrieval buffer to coverslip mounting media) necessary for common IHC procedures.
